Hand-finished to compliment your outdoor kitchen, this DCS Grill can withstand the elements with its 304 stainless steel finish. The patented Grease Channeling Technology directs grease and oils away from the flames during grilling which reduces flare-ups. With double-sided cast stainless steel grates, one side is dedicated for handling delicate foods while the other side is W-shaped and perfect for directing oil to the removable drip tray. The rotisserie is equipped with a heavy-duty motor and strong prongs. An infrared burner keeps temperatures evening, allowing your food to be cooked thoroughly while providing controlled searing.
