This Pennsylvania Firebacks Plain Panel Cast Iron Fireback was created for such an occassion. Crafted with clean lines and traditional arched top, this firebacks simple elegance is indicative of the decorative arts created during the Georgian Period.Firebacks are shipped with a water base black paint to prevent rust build up during transit. To give a brighter finish to the fireback and to protect the casting from rust after use with a fire, an application of water base graphite stove polish is recommended.
