The Pennsylvania Firebacks Urn Of Lilies Cast Iron Fireback is a classic design that pairs the Greco-Roman styling of the urn with the timeless beauty of lilies set among a frame of oak leaves. Not even the smallest detail is overlooked as evidenced in the three tiny bumblebees present. Bring the warmth of spring to the deepest winter with this ornamental and highly functional fireback.Original design of this fireback was produced by J. Del Conner and first introduced in 1984. Classic details make this piece relevant even today. Firebacks are shipped with a water base black paint to prevent rust build up during transit. To give a brighter finish to the fireback and to protect the casting from rust after use with a fire, an application of water base graphite stove polish is recommended.
