These logs are hand-tinted which gives them a desirable smooth yet textured look. These logs have a unique seven-step coloring process and detailed mold-making method resulting in a natural looking set that defies detection as artificial. The Sierra Birch Vented Ceramic Gas Logs Only is for single face fireplaces and embody the rugged, beautiful, dramatic and realistic spirit of nature. Please Note: The appearance of these logs will change significantly in as little as one burn. Carbon buildup or sooting occurs with all gas log burners, but can appear more significant on the light finish of faux birch logs.
