Dressed from head to toe in an intricate composition of hand-shaped Murano glass. The Giogali CA1 Flushmount from Vistosi eases into the room with a tapered silhouette and a gradual stream of diffused light. The flushmount carries designer Angelo Mangiarotti’s love for cutting-edge production processes and materials as well as his light, personality-filled aesthetic. Mangiarotti calls on glass artists to develop ribbon-like hooks that serve as the design’s foundation. These hooks appear soft and interwoven, like a piece of fabric. The artisans arrange the hooks in tiers of airy cylindrical shapes. These artful cylinders shield the eyes from the light’s glare while creating a dressy silhouette. The light streaming through the openings of the hooks is filling and warm. Shape: Round. Color: Amber. Finish: Crystal Amber with Glossy Chrome.
