Sharp like a diamond, soft like a cocoon. The Spirit Flushmount from Vistosi keeps the head tilted up towards the ceiling through the charming pattern of its Murano blown glass construction. It’s a Marco Acerbis piece, a designer whose work explores scale. Here, Acerbis scales up the familiar pointy silhouette of the hand-cut diamond. The diamond-shaped shade is made from mouth-blown Murano glass. This glass is developed using a folding process that results in a circulating surface texture.
