Celebrating a long-standing tradition of Czech glassmaking, the Stem 2-Light Table Lamp from SkLO pleases in its minimalist aesthetic and charms in the subtle yet unique artisanal details of its paired globe forms. At SkLO, Paul Pavlak and his wife Karen Gilbert have developed a visual language that balances restraint with surprise while championing the idea of craft. The duos art and architectural background can be seen at play in the organic shape of the globes and the sharpness of its metal construction. Made in brass, clean geometric hardware leads the eye up at a twin stem. Double dipped blown glass spheres made in the Czech Republic with a traditional process delight in their forms and surprise in the unique character of their fire glazed mouths.
