As seen in the New York Times, the Smoke Armchair is a part of the revolutionary and groundbreaking series of works by Maarten Baas for Moooi. The creation uses a signature approach to treating the wood with actual fire, making each one a true original, having been organically shaped by flame. Finally, its treated with epoxy resin and finished in leather upholstery for decadent contrast in detail. Like a true phoenix from the ashes, the Smoke Armchair rises to take its place among the icons Color: Black.
