Referencing the iconic chandeliers in Moscow’s Bolshoi Theater, the Neverending Glory Bolshoi Theatre Pendant from Lasvit leaves an impression in the full 360-degrees with light-glazed stages of glass. Just like an opera or play, emotion proves central in designer Jan Plechác & Henry Wielgus’s work. The design duo conjures these emotions with a minimal aesthetic. While minimal in materials choice, the construction of this layered glass piece is as complex as they come. Glass artists translate the design duo’s sketched shape into a curve-draped shade evocative of classic chandeliers.
