Bright, elegant, imaginative. A tradition of Finnish blown glass continues its natural inspiration in the Birds by Toikka – Flycatcher from littala. It’s a miracle of glass, designed with icon Oiva Toikka’s stylistic approach. Originally introduced in the early 70s, the flycatcher silhouette was one that simply and elegantly showcased the beauty of the glass material. This one-of-a-kind piece achieves its sculptural form from the skilled hand of littala’s master glassblowers. These craftsmen pair the body with a bit of glass to emphasize the bird’s beak.
