The Utility Counter Stool from Emeco puts a focus on practicality and, as a result, achieves an enduring, elegant design. Creator Jasper Morrison makes his mark with a ‘super normal’ design approach, one balancing tension and expression with shape and character. This chair starts formally with a strong aluminum frame of linear elements. The aluminum and the wood features express time-tested durability with a uniform and textured surface, respectively. These materials entice in their contrasting colors. The wood backrest adds gentle support while the seat rest contours the legs in a handcrafted construction. Color: Cream.
