The Currey & Company Middleton Chandelier proves its hip to be square. Four wrought iron squares are interlocked on four tiers, each bearing two exposed bulbs. The effect is not unlike a mobile, but the motion here is all perceived by the eye as each angle and corner bisects the negative space.
