As an obvious nod to its namesake, the Moonward Pendant by Currey & Company sports a shade that resembles a half moon which acts as a diffuser to the incandescent lamping within. To balance out the delicate opaque white glass that the diffuser is made of is the metallic brass that covers the upper portion of the fixture. This dichotomy in building materials lifts the aura of the immediate environment by supplying subtle lighting while showcasing its elevated build.
