The New Felci Wall Sconce from Barovier & Toso is a dynamic presentation of light, combining the dramatic graphic lines of the early 20th-century Art Deco style with the age-old tradition of Venetian glass art. Carrying over seven centuries of history, Barover & Toso sees themselves as custodians of Venetian glassmaking. The studio looks back to the 1920s and 30s for inspiration in achieving this sconce’s floral silhouette. Glass artists handcrafted individual leaves that curl at each end, removing the lamping inside from sight. These leaves sport textured elements that break up the light’s glare while displaying rich highlights. The sconce casts an intimate ambient glow on its surrounding wall. Color: Clear.
