The Marta Table Lamp from Barovier & Toso transcends trends as an ultra-refined design, putting focus on the interaction of light and Venetian crystal. For over seven centuries, Barovier & Toso have designated themselves as custodians of the Venetian crystal-making tradition. Here, master artisans in Murano employ a “corteccia” technique that requires turning and blowing hot glass on a flat plate to achieve a globe with a tree bark-like surface. This globe is visually prominent thanks to elegant yet understated metal hardware. Cast light funneled through the classic fabric shade plays beautifully with the colors of the artisanal glass accent. Color: Pink. Finish: Violet.
