Detail
The Tearoom Club Chair from Audo Copenhagen, formerly known as Menu, is a piece by Nick Ross Studio designed to hold every curve of the body with its own silhouette of curves imbued with elegant femininity. It brings a practical sense to the transformative 1904 Willow Chair by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, draping its geometric outline with luscious textiles supported by no-sag springs. Its seamlessly transitioning arm and backrest create a hugging comfort that sweeps across the body. The plane that frames the legs tapers inwards, giving one more range of motion when planting down. Across the home, the chair pops from the floor like lovingly arranged vessels that sweep across the body.
