The Brasilia Lounge Table from Audo Copenhagen is an open, sculptural construction using simple shapes to elevate a thick, clear glass top. Designed by Anderssen & Voll, its solid oak wood construction is made in Slovenia, and features four cylindrical legs braced by vertical beams. The open design keeps the wood grain on display, contrasting the natural subtleties of the wood with the translucent glass top. A mix of mid-century Scandinavian design and Brazilian Modernism, its strong frame displays traditional wood joinery techniques with its smooth curves offering a soothing accompaniment to its surroundings.
