The LED Linear Flushmount from Artemide adapts stylized lunar brilliance in slender strip form, optimized for contemporary interiors with a note of artistic flair. Designer Neil Poulton created its fractal honeycomb shape by translating a picture of the moon through an extinct computer program, matching inspired technique with subtle scavenging. The resulting organic grill of varied tubes obscures glare behind translucent glass. The flushmount joins optical appeal and aesthetic subtlety, retaining enough facility for home display and enough light and simplicity to shine in a boardroom or large gathering space with an approachable charm.
