Inspired by kitchen tools he saw on a trip to Japan, designer Valerio Sommella came home to Italy and created the Alessi Boga Ginger Grater. It is made out of high-grade ANSI 430 matte steel in the shape of a fish. Such a design makes it both whimsical and exceptionally comfortable in the hand when performing the task of grating ginger root. Color: Steel. Finish: Matte Steel.
