Detail
The Brutus Stool from 101 Copenhagen merges the raw appeal of mid-20th century Brutalist architecture with the minimalist elegance of traditional Japanese wooden stools. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, this stool is crafted from lightweight fiber concrete, ensuring both durability and ease of movement. Its hand-painted surface gives each stool a unique tactile texture. At the same time, the design’s sharp lines and gentle curves create an intriguing sculptural form that provides ample support while enhancing its environment. Additional Color: Coffee.
