Why I Built this Project Every Christmas, the children and I spend hours hand-making cookies. We love the time we spend together! But when its all done, Im left with no where to display the cookies (and a giant mess to clean up, but thats another story). Why I Built this Project I wanted to create easy Christmas tree decor with scrap lumber that I had on hand. Cedar fence pickets are only a few dollars if you dont have any scrap pieces laying around.
