My recent delivery was excellent! The package arrived right on time, securely packaged, and the delivery reps were very courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the tracking updates that kept me informed throughout the delivery process. Overall, a fantastic experience. I did encountered one issue . Where an item was damaged and i was immediately alerted and options were presented to remedy the situation , overall i would shop again

To be honest it was a hassle getting this order, I waited a whole month before I received my bedroom set, the day before the delivery in the evening I was told the mirror broke, I definitely was not happy to hear this.
Once the delivery was made I was told that I needed a box spring, when I ordered it online it states no box spring required, real headache but once I made a complaint about it, I was eventually given a 300 dollar credit, I went to a store on 125th st in Harlem placed the order, but it came over to the 300 dollar limit by 17 dollars, had to get the approval from the manager of the store to deduct the amount, she said the the mattress was already on sale so No, smh, I had to call the main number of Raymour and Flanigan, wait on hold to see what the representative can do, so in the end I had to use my credit from mirror they broke, in order to get the box spring.

The delivery went really great!! They arrived on time and worked diligently. They were so fast too! Only thing is that I had shoe covers for them to wear which they rejected. They claimed that they couldn't wear them because they can slip. But the last delivery I got the people wore them so I don't think they were being completely honest. But apart from that it was a great delivery!
